Man of the Match Simon Bochenski. Richie Asson scored a superb 35yd goal from the right flank which everybody thought was a cross but he assures us it was a shot. RMFA president Brigadier Gary Robison RM had flown up for the game and the team did not let him down, however secretary Ian Michelson left him waiting at Newcastle Airport after forgetting to pick him up.
